Anonymous: I didn't feel like doing aftercare for my little after sex and now she's mad at me and she keeps crying, she won't tell me if I hurt her during sex but she never said to stop, I feel so bad she won't come to bed and she has a history of self harm and I'm afraid she'll relapse tonight

I doubt you hurt her during sex if she would’ve normally told you if she was in pain. What upset her was your lack of empathy towards her after intense sex.

Aftercare is not a privilege she might get if you’re feeling generous. Aftercare is an absolute necessity that should never be neglected.

She’s suffering from Subdrop. This can cause deep depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and self-destructive behavior. You need to take her care and a lot more seriously. You hurt her tonight. You broke her faith in you to keep her safe and loved. If she matters at all then you’ll apologize immediately and relentlessly. You owe her some tender loving care and then some so I suggest you get started.

It’s not hard.
Just hug her. Cuddle for an hour. Watch her favorite show with her. Tell her a joke. Make her a snack. Sing her a song. Rock her to sleep. Kiss her forehead. Make extended eye contact and smile. Show her how soft and tenderly you can touch. Whisper something romantic and meaningful in her ear. Talk to her about the sex you just had, what she liked, what she didn’t like. Let her listen to your heartbeat. Just let her know you care. You’re not some casual fuck-machine, you’re a Daddy. Fucking her brains out is secondary to making her feel loved, wanted, appreciated, adored. That is priority number one. Aftercare isn’t optional, but it doesn’t have to be something elaborate. A little affection goes a long way.

Damn straight

Aftercare aftercare aftercare!

ALWAYS give your little aftercare

Subdrop is the worst thing.
Aftercare shouldn’t be given I out like rewards or treats, if you take on the role of the dominant it’s something you HAVE to do, otherwise don’t even label yourself as a daddy/caregiver/sir etc.
